    Freccia Out of which material are Anthracite Jewels produced?

    Our creations are the result of an ad hoc and handmade production, which guarantees the uniqueness of the product.
    The key material is silver, which gets soaked in precious metals, which differ based on the selected colour and treatment.
    The precious metals we use are Rhodium and Gold.
    Our products, furthermore, do not contain any nickel.

    Freccia Which are the production phases?

    The first step is the selection of the silver plate and size, then we pass on to the handmade engraving of your request and then shaping the plate to it’s final round shape.
    At this stage we have the key elements of your jewel ready, which we will then enrich through two fundamental steps, which are the bagnatura and the cleaning of the jewel.
    The bagnatura in vasche di metalli preziosi includes a step in Rhodium, which represents the most precious metal on earth, composed of Platinum, which gives to the jewel the shine which makes it precious.
    La rodiatura is done to give to the jewel the typical shine of Platinum and make it resistant to impacts and scratches.     The last step is the cleaning of your jewel, with brushes of different dimensions.

    Freccia Can I add a different font?

    One of our first objectives is to stimulate the creativity of each of our clients, for this reason we have invented a form specially dedicated to the creation of your Jewel in which you can decide the settings of your jewel.

    Freccia How can I personalise the jewel?

    In the Collections cection you can see the products we offer and directly buy them, personalising them by choosing the colour, the text and the font you prefer.

    Freccia Is there a limit to the text I can engrave on the jewel?

    Obviously the jewel has a limited size, therefore once the available space has been used up it is not possible to write any further.

    Freccia Which payment methods do you accept?

    We currently use the most widespread method via Internet, PayPal: through your personal account you can safely pay with your credit card.
    If you prefer a more traditional way, we also offer you the possibility of doing a bank transfer.

    Freccia How long does it take to receive the jewel after my online order?

    The creation of your jewel is not based on an industrial process and therefore requires time and attention.
    We guarantee you, in any case, that you will receive your jewel within 10-15 days of the order.
